• take your time : you must kmow exactly what you want :

  • apartment, house, villa ;

  • in or out town ;

  • number of rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms, ....... ;

  • what kind of amenities : A/C, garage, storage, garden, ..... ;

  • prices : which is your maximum rent, included services (electricity / water / ...)

•  * the landlord want to  be ensure that the rent takes place properly ; it is the reason he want a deposit, equivalent to one or two months of rent. This deposit covers any damage to the apartment or furniture.

* the landlord ask proof of employment or income, to be sur that the tenant can pay the rent

When you decide to rent an apartment, you must kmow that you will pay 1 or 2 months of deposit and one month in advance
